What is the reason why the equipment suddenly stops extruding consumables during 3D printing? How to

Many friends in the 3D printer printing process, will encounter the device suddenly stop, do not squeeze out supplies. What causes problems with the printed model? What causes the equipment to stop running and not extrude consumables? How to solve it?
;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; During the printing process of 3D printer, the equipment suddenly stops basic consumables for the following reasons:
nine hundred
 ;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; 1. Material used up
;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; Material is the simplest and most direct factor. Before checking other problems, first make sure that there are consumables continuously leading into the nozzle. If there are no consumables, the consumables roll should be replaced in time.
 ;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; 2. Consumables broken
;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; It may be due to the high heating temperature of the nozzle, poor quality of consumables, and quality problems of the nozzle, resulting in the fracture of consumables during the printing process.
;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; 3. Consumables are scraped by the wire feeding wheel
;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; During the 3D printing process, the motor rotates continuously to push the consumables into the nozzle, so that the printer can continuously extrude the consumables. However, when printing too fast or extruding too many consumables, the motor may slip because the consumables are worn too much, resulting in the wire feeding wheel unable to grasp the consumables. If the motor is still running, but the consumables do not move, this may be the reason.
 ;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; 4. Nozzle blockage
;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; After eliminating the above reasons, if it still cannot run, you can check whether the nozzle is blocked. If this problem occurs during printing, you should check whether the consumables are clean and whether there is dust on the consumables roll. It may be that the dust is concentrated on the nozzle and blocked.
 ;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; 5. Extrusion motor circuit overtemperature:
;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; During the printing process, the working intensity of the extrusion motor is considerable. It is continuous operation. Fast action requires a large current. If the printer circuit does not have sufficient heat dissipation, it will cause the motor drive circuit to overheat. These drive circuits usually have temperature cut-off protection. If the temperature is too high, the drive circuit will stop working. If so, the x-axis and y-axis motors will continue to rotate and move the extruder head, but the extrusion motor will not rotate. The only solution is to turn off the printer and let the circuit cool down. If this problem occurs many times, additional thermal fans can be added to the device.
